03 air tickets of my family booked online by this agency fm calcutta to aizwal for 15.6.10 were cancelled on 7.6.10, but still not refunded. book id is as follows-


1. AFTTXT - sanyam sharma

2. AFSZMT - manoj sharma

3. AFTUIX - tulika sharma

In sep 22th 2010, refund dept. told me bank txn id for doing refund in my bank a/c, but no money refunded yet on ground after approx 4 months going to complete. 3 bank txn id given on phone are-

09867, 93434, 87276.

it is too harressing for a person to chase his own money to get back online. I spend atleast Rs 200 in tele talks with said agency & 15-20 hrs on net to send mail in this respect, but ever in vain.
