Dear Sirs
I wish to make a point in this forum that i have booked a flight ticket thru travelchacha in Feb 2009 for my daughter from coimbatore to mumbai. I have booked 2 months earlier because of the offier given byu the portal at that time and my daughter was having school vacations. The flight was scheduled at 11.30 AM as printed in the ticket. But on the date oeparture when we went to the Airport for catching the flight the airlines authorities told that the flight timings were changed w.e.f .26th of March. Unfortunately either the airlines nor the travelchacha people informed this change to me. Tilll today I am awaiting their reply and refund of the ticket. I am giving some of the correspondence for your kind reference.

With reference to the above reservation we wish to inform you that the actual flight timing was 10.15 AM whereas in the ticket the time of departure is mentioned as 11.30 AM..When we contacted the Airlines authorities they have informed that the flight timings were changed and this change of timing is not properly informed to us either by the Airlines or from your side. Kindly do make necessary alternative reservation as you have failed to inform the flight timing changes. Please note that while booking the ticket I have clearly given my address and Telephone numbers both landline and Mobile as well as my mail address. Kindly do the reservation at the earliest.
