I book a ticket through Travelchacha.com. But they failed to provide the ticket even after 2 weeks. As per their mail my ticket was booked and due to server problem they were not able to mail the ticket but when i contacted the INDIGO customer care then they said there is not booking under my name.
Finally i asked them to cancel the ticket and refund the complete amount. According to the mail i should have received the complete amount back within 20-25 days. But after 1 month there is no response from the travel agent.
They dont response to the mails and do not pick up the calls.
I am planning to proceed with the legal action against them.
