hello

i booked a return trip (blr-del-blr) in july 10 for travel between 29th oct - 8th nov.

Payment happened sucesfully and i got a mail from them. But ticket status was "under process".

I kept calling them and was informed that booking is done , and i do not worry. They promised to send e ticket in sep. So i became calm.

Today i receive a mail from them that my booking has been cancelled as payment did not happen. Also they say that my number is not reachable. All these things are rubbish and i know they are just making it up.

Now the ticket prices are very high. If they cancel my tickets i am in trouble, How shall i deal this situation.

I want to put a consumer court case against them.
