What is the ultimate purpose of showing such baseless things on your website/s? Are you solving the complaints or creating the complaints?

Please inform immediately the exact details of complaint and complete details of filing person, so that legal advise is taken in the matter.

As it is not solving common problems of general public, it must be closed immediately.

You accuse others of posting baseless and useless complaints with no details but how are you different to any of those? You have not even provided the url of the page you are referring to.

Please use the contact us link at the bottom to report any misleading complaints but make sure you send the link to that page as well for us to take any action on the matter.

Problems do get solved here by different company reps just not all of them as we are still growing and most companies do not know they have pending complaints but eventually most of the companies will get to know and as its their own customers I don't see any reason why they wont help them out by resolving pending issues.
