Hi,

I had canceled the hotel reservation on Nov14th, which i have booked through travelguru. The booking ID is TGUA0000045852.
I had customer care 4times, they are telling the same reason that gateway error had caused delay. But it is almost one month i canceled the hotel, and money is not yet refunded in time, because of that i had payed the credit card bill excluding the amount refunded, because it is not refunded in time, i need to pay the extra charges to credit card.
