I,Jayesh Shami,wish to register a complain,on behalf of M/s Aakash Filters,Mhow;against transporter M/s HANS TRAVELS,INDORE who has lost goods of value Rs.25000/- from their Indore delivery godown.We had not taken a Insurance for these goods as it operates regularly on daily basis from Mumbai to Indore.However the transporter should pay the compensation for the loss.A Consignment booked through R.S. Transport Agency by Mr Vijay vide LR No. 11785 dated 23/08/2011 by sender M/s Shiva Electronics,Mumbai for Receiver M/s AAKASH FILTERS on paid basis by Vehicle No. MP41 P 268.These goods has been missing since 50days from Hans Travels Indore delivery office.There was a single carton of 17kg.The package which is lost was of prominent application.The officials promised to search and return the lost parcel in the weeks time and failed to so.Now,no response is given by either officials and employees{ Mr Bang(07312105288)& Mr Rajesh (9826449881)} regarding the same.We have all the documentary evidence to support my claim.Kindly advice the course of action to proceed against the transporter.
