This is about a bad experience that I experienced on Sunday night and things cannot be worse than this for a travels company . There was a package tour for Tuljapur-Aakalkot-gangapur-pandharpur it is total 4 days trip. I booked 2 tickets for my mother & sister from bhandup (Vaidhee tours & Travels).Bhandup west on 12th Dec 2011 & Trip scheduled on 24th Dec night on 21:30 hrs Bus was scheduled at 21:30 pm from bhandup station Near RAO Travels.
We confirm on 24th Dec 2011 at 18:3 0 hrs with travel agent Mr. Sameer for confirmation of bus time scheduled .He confirmed that bus will reach around 21:30 hrs. at bhandup station. After that we reached bhandup station at 21:15 hrs and again called Mr. Sameer for the bus again he confirm that bus will reach in few min .We wait there upto 22:30 hrs. but bus has not come at bhandup station.
We ask Travel agent for this he gave us money back & ,he turned rude and started saying we gave your money now you go to home & do whatever you want. How this Two ladies (My mothe & sister) can oppose this Aragont person. & he moved out from there.
After at 23:00 hrs my mother & sis came home & told us this situation .we called travel agent at police station at same time.A t police station also he behave like aragont .We asked police Inspector that we want to complaint against this travel agent, he denied and asked to go to consumer court.
We already took a leave from company for 4 days.
Now I wish to file a law suit against him and his travel agency for Cheating ,poor service, mismanagement, and mental harassment. Kindly guide me on the needful
