I tried booking ticket for my bus travel from Madurai to Bangalore on 11-Sep-2010. The website shows 2 tickets available so I proceed with the online payment process using my credit card and I got the payment confirmation message from the bank site. But after return to the Customerneedz.com site, it doesn't show any ticket details and the email which sent by customerneedz.com also not having any ticket details. When I see again the tickets were available only, so I tried booking again but 2nd time also same result, credit card payment has been done but no ticket booked for that.

Amount per payment: Rs. 950/-
Total amount paid: Rs. 1900/-
Payment date: 11-Sep-2010
Travel date: 12-Sep-2010

Immediately I sent an email to the customercare department of customerneedz.com. But there is no reply and no action taken from the company. Also I tried contact them many times but no body receive the phnoe call at office.

Please suggest me what I have to do now.

I had purchased a bus ticket from CustomerNeedz.com portal on 17-Aug-10 and then had to cancel it due to some personal reasons. The cancellation was prompt and I had no issues in getting that done.
What followed post that was a saga of frustration and significant waste of time in chasing them up for the refund which i haven't got even after two months of calling/writing to them!
The saddest part is not a single of them responds back to emails not matter what and how you write them. The guy who is supposed to process the refunds in Bangalore, leave aside processing your refund, he even refuses to pick up your calls and does not even call back on so many missed calls that you give him! I am beginning to feel that those folks make money by retaining and not refunding the tickets that are cancelled by users. Not sure how to take those jokers to task!

Hi

I booked two tickets from bangalore to coimbatore and the tickets were confirmed. Just 4 hours before the travel teh customer care person called me and told the tickets are cancelled. The tickets were booked on jan and after following up for 2 months i realized that the website money in selling unconfirmed tickets.
Please be aware that tickets booked through this website are not confirmed and you will not get teh refund also
