Hello,
I tried booking ticket for my bus travel from Madurai to Bangalore on 11-Sep-2010. The website shows 2 tickets available so I proceed with the online payment process using my credit card and I got the payment confirmation message from the bank site. But after return to the Customerneedz.com site, it doesn't show any ticket details and the email which sent by customerneedz.com also not having any ticket details. When I see again the tickets were available only, so I tried booking again but 2nd time also same result, credit card payment has been done but no ticket booked for that.
Amount per payment: Rs. 950/-
Total amount paid: Rs. 1900/-
Payment date: 11-Sep-2010
Travel date: 12-Sep-2010
Immediately I sent an email to the customercare department of customerneedz.com. But there is no reply and no action taken from the company. Also I tried contact them many times but no body receive the phnoe call at office.
Please suggest me what I have to do now.
