I am Siddharth Sharma. I booked tickets for Delhi-Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad-Delhi through Yatra.com. Due to official reason, I had to postponed my journey of Ahmedabad-Delhi. So, I cancelled it. But till date, Yatra has not refunded any amount. Please find the all details.

Yatra Reference number - 7896031
Ahmedabad - Delhi - Flight - Jet Lite - S2-124.
Journey date - 1st Nov - Dep - 20:30 , Arr - 21:50.
Total ticket charges : 2664.89 Rs.

I have sent mail to Yatra team. Please find the request reference number - 7858050. Even I spoke to them. One of their represetative ( Himanshu) confirmed me that I will receive the amount within 3-4 days. But till now, there is no response.

Now, I need all above amount back to my account with interest. I do not care, whatever amount airline is charging. Kindly help in getting the same.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in this regard.We have processed the refund for the reference number YT7896031 from our end on 1st February 2012 for the amount of INR 1914.89.As this is a credit card transaction, the bank would take approx.3-4 working days to update this credit into your account.
