I had purchased an air ticket from Yatra for Delhi - Kuwait flight ref no. 7780546. Later I cancelled the ticket. After cancelling I got an sms as well as an email from Yatra that my refund has been processed and it will take 4-5 days for the bank to process the refund, its more than 10 days now the refund has yet not been credited in my account. I talked with the bank manager in this regard and he says they can't do anything if they recieve money they'll credit it. Its a very unpleasant experience with Yatra.com and I'm extremely disppointed with Yatra's customer support.
