i have booked 2 tickets for Ahmedabad-Bangluru and Yatra mailed me that i hv got 2 free tickets(with terms n co.)
i booked the free ticket as par Yatra procedure.
n i went on my trip.
just 2 days before the customer executive called me n i told him tht i am not able to hear him properly. bt he cut the phone. out of suspicion, i checked my flight status, n its cancelled by YATRA.
i calld back to Yatra bt there was no authorized person available to solve my problem.
i hav to face mental harassment as i am a working person n i have to reach back on time, also my friend, who is travelling with me has a dengue patient at her hom.
we also had to pay more for our emergency tickets.
i want hard steps against Yatra n compensation for mental harassment.
