I booked 3 railway tickets for 25th Sep 2011 from Chennai to Howrah (PNR: 4431582280) from yatra.com site. Later I cancelled the three tickets before chart preparation but refund (INR 659 ) has been made for only 1 ticket.I didn't get refund for the other two.Every time I am asking them for the refund they are telling me that they will contact me soon but no action has yet been taken. Reference no: 7209567. Later I got another mail from them saying that the refund has been done already but the refund they claimed to have been done was the earlier one done before (INR 659 ),they didn't do any refund but they only forwarded the old mail. I still didn't get the refund for two tickets (INR 2444).Please take a look ino this matter and take necessary steps.
