I booked a return domestic ticket DEL->LKO->DEL on 29th OCT 10 using yatra.com (it says Flight cost + insurance = Rs. 3322.00)

I got Confirmed Eticket on mail.

I called goAir to recheck the PNR numbers i had in the Eticket.

GoAir said Rs 1400x4=5600 payment pending on these tickets.

I called Yatra.com and informed about GoAir feedback. They said a customer representative will talk to you in one hours. and never reverted back. flights are scheduled 2nd Nov & 4th Nov and my parents are traveling.

Still don't know what is status.

It seems a case of fraud where costumer is attracted with lower flight cost and then Forced to pay additional amounts more than the original booking itself.

Please be informed that this happened due to some technical error at the backend. We have processed the refund against Yatra Ref # 2910101254 in two separate transactions from our end on 15th Nov & 28th Nov 2010 on account of the difference of fare borne by you at the airport. As this was an offline transaction, the bank would have taken approx. 10-15 working days to update this credit into your account. We hope you have been able to trace these credit details in your account.
