    Thumbs down Yatra.com Refund

    I have booked one way ticket from Calcutta to Aizawl (Airline PNR is 3WAMNH and Yatra Booking Reference No. is 25101010120) on 25th October, 2010. On the same day, I have cancelled the same ticket and reserved a new one from the Yatra. For the cancelled one ticket, I had informed by the Yatra.com that my refund amount of Rs. 4965.68 will be returned within 3 days after cancellation. Till date, I didn't got my refund. So for, I have contacted and mailed many times to Yatra.com executives and got response that Yatra.com had refunded the amount and please check the bank account because it is a bank fault. Regarding this, I checked many times my bank account and talked with bank's online support and they confirmed that its not the bank fault. Though, I had already sent a warning mail to Yatra.com but till date I couldn't received the amount. I am extremely disappointed by Yatra.com services. Sir, please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Angry No refund from Yatra.com

    Unhappy rail ticket refund

    Hi Himanshu,

    Thanks for providing your ref #. We have looked into the records and found that refund on the above transaction is now processed from our end, post which the Bank would take approx. 5-7 working days to credit the amount on a debit card transaction. We hope this helps resolve your query.

    I am very sorry to say this but I am highly dissappointed by your services...........Its been 12-13 days and i have not got any refund from your side as yet. i would be forced to take strict action against you if i dont get refund by tuesday.......

    Default ticket not booked

    I had tried to book Air ticket for my daughter MS SHRAVANI PURKAIT DT 17.10.2001 BY INDIGO FLIGHT NO 6E-348 FROM KOLKATA TO HYDERABAD TODAY I.E ON06.07.2011 BY USING MY CREDIT CARD.My card account debited as it appears on my mobile by message from credit card provider bank.Payment made Rs.2810/-.But at last stage message came on the acreen please wait,dont go back,stop etc for some times and at last 'this page cannot be shown' page came and my ticket was not booked.How I shall get the ticket.     Angry Highly dissappointed by your services

    I have booked one way ticket from Nasik Road (NK) to Agra Cantt(AGC) with Train No. - 12137 , PNR no - 8156793531 and Yatra Ref. No. - JPIURE . on 10th june ,2011 for three passengers . On 7th july (before the travel date ) i cancelled one of the tickets , and filed the TDR also after the travel date .
    Also i have booked one way ticket from Agra Cantt(AGC) to Nasik Road (NK) with train No. - 12138 ,PNR No. - 2221579778 and Yatra Ref. No . - PXEURE on 1oth june,2011 for three passengers . On 7th july (before the travel date ) i cancelled one of the tickets , and filed the TDR also after the travel date .
    Till date, I didn't got any of my refunds . So for, I have contacted and mailed many times to Yatra.com executives and haven't got any response till date .Sir, please do the needful as soon as possible .
