hello,

i have booked Railway ticket on 20 december 2011 using yatra.com information of ticket is
yatra Reference ID: RZ26SE Date of Booking: 20 Dec 2011 at 12:05:08 PM
Transaction ID 0432019473 PNR 8364217988


I had cancelled the above ticket on 24 december 2011.the cancellation confirmation and the other screens are attached with the mail.please find the attachments.

now after sending so many mails and complaints also there is no refund of 3279 Rs done to me from yatra.com.it is about 15 days from the cancellation.yatra has not even contacted me to respond for my mails.

pleas do the need full

We truly apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in this regard.We have processed the refund for the reference # RZ26SE from our end on 12th January 2012 for the amount of INR 3279.The Bank would take approx. 7-8 days to credit the money into your account as it is a Net Banking Transaction.
