We are to inform you the following:
1. On 03.10.2011 on around 6.30 AM we tried to book e-ticket through YATRA ONLINE for 7 passengers (including one child) from Guwahati to Kolkata on the Spicejet Flight SG-874, using Credit Card No. 5264 6853 1608 8994 of Mr. Manash Jyoti Pathak.
2. Unfortunately, an amount of Rs.23033/- was deducted from the above Credit Card and e-ticket was not generated showing some technical error.
3. We immediately telephone and somebody namely Mr Bikash Singh from your esteemed organization told me to send the Credit Card Statement to you. It may be noted that monthly statement of the above Credit Card is generated on 17th of every month. Hence, we sent the same on 18.10.2011.
4. Subsequently, we received one email dated 18.10.2011 from your end, which is appended below, apologizing for the inconvenience and informing us that due to some technical error our booking was not confirmed and transaction has been failed.
5. In the meantime, due to urgency we the above mentioned passengers again tried to book e-ticket for the same route on the same flight on the same date using SBI Net banking of (Account Holder Mr. Manoranjan Talukder). And we got a booking confirmation vide your reference No. 0310116877 on 03.10.2011 on around 10.49 am.
Now after several reminders we are become helpless for getting a positive response from YATRA online. Hence, we earnestly request your goodself to look into the matter and help us to get the amount refunded.
