I booked 3 railway tickets for 25th Sep 2011 from Chennai to Howrah (PNR: 4431582280), Later I cancelled the three tickets before chart preparation but refund has been made for only 1 ticket.I didn't get refund for the other two.Every time I am asking them for the refund they are telling me that they will contact me soon but no action has yet been taken. Reference no: 7209567. Please look into this matter.

Reference no: 7209567. Later I got another mail from them saying that the refund has been done already but the refund they claimed to have been done was the earlier one done before (INR 659 ),they didn't do any refund but they only forwarded the old mail. I still didn't get the refund for two tickets (INR 2444).Please take a look ino this matter and take necessary steps.

My Hubby purchased a holiday package from Exotic time club on 4th Aug 2010. This package include 3night 4 day stay at any property in India & Abroad. I requested them to book out holidays for Missouri they said 4months Prior booking is required. I said If I request now then our term of 1 year will finish,so they extended our membership for next six months.I again requested for holiday in the month of July for the November months booking. But they said will confirm you before 20 days of planned holiday. When I again ask them on 25th Oct they said our all properties are busy so no property available till 11th January. Now Please suggest what to do.
