I have been charged 5% additional on the total bill amount by Brightland Resorts Matheran and on seeking for the reason of this addtional charge the hotel staff informed that this is the charge they have to pay to the bank but on enquiring the same with bank the info received is there is no additional amount charged by the bank to the Merchants.
I wonder in whose pocket this 5% charge goes into
