The aforesaid Hotel charged Rs.1500/- for getting their wash room tap repaired on 7th October, 2011 at Munnar which was not functioning since we were allotted the room on 6th October, 2011. We informed hotel authority several times over phone but the hotel manager said it was not enough and as no one has lodged complain to him paying personal visit so he possesses the authority to charge against any possible loss. We were detained in the road side with our families for two and a half hour to discuss the issue among themselves and ultimately we had to check out after paying Rs.1500/- in cash. Quality of service was very poor. As for example I have requested them over phone 10-12 times for getting drinking water which every time they assured to give within 5 minutes but it was not given at all.
