    Default Bad service & behaviour

    I am sorry to say that this is the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life . Don't go with the outside getup of this hotel . The overall condition of the rooms are very very bad and unhyginic .all the facilities that has been mentioned in website of this hotel like tee/cofee maker , 24 hr room service, 24 hr hot & cold water, telephone etc are not atall available in that hotel. Price is costly compared to other hotels.
    Service is also very very bad . Provision for pure drinking water is not present . Room service is worst . Service boys are always ready to cheet tourist by any means .
    More over the owner of the hotel mr tejeswar rao is a worst person i have ever seen in my life . His behaviour towards tourists is very bad & offensive.. If anyone complains regarding any service he uses to threaten them .
    We had very worst experience ithat hotel that day.

    Please take strict action against the authorities of that hotel.
    Waiting fervently for your responce. Early course of action from yours end is highly solicited.

    RESPECTED SIR,
    WE WENT VIZAG ON 19TH OCTOBER,2010 7 STAYED AT HOTEL SHYAMLA RESIDENCY AT
    30-9-21, Sarada Street Dabagardens,
    Visakhapatnam 530 020 Andra Pradesh India.

    I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE . DON'T GO WITH THE OUTSIDE GETUP OF THIS HOTEL . THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE ROOMS ARE VERY VERY BAD AND UNHYGINIC .ALL THE FACILITIES THAT HAS BEEN MENTIONED IN WEBSITE OF THIS HOTEL LIKE TEE/COFEE MAKER , 24 HR ROOM SERVICE, 24 HR HOT & COLD WATER, TELEPHONE ETC ARE NOT ATALL AVAILABLE IN THAT HOTEL. PRICE IS COSTLY COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS.
    SERVICE IS ALSO VERY VERY BAD . PROVISION FOR PURE DRINKING WATER IS NOT PRESENT . ROOM SERVICE IS WORST . SERVICE BOYS ARE ALWAYS READY TO CHEET TOURIST BY ANY MEANS .
    MORE OVER THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL MR TEJESWAR RAO IS A WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE . HIS BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS TOURISTS IS VERY BAD & OFFENSIVE.. IF ANYONE COMPLAINS REGARDING ANY SERVICE HE USES TO THREATEN THEM .
    WE HAD VERY WORST EXPERIENCE ITHAT HOTEL THAT DAY.

    PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE AUTHORITIES OF THAT HOTEL.
