    Default Club Mahindra Membership Cancellation

    My Member Id: 569941

    I have requested for cancellation of my membership sometime back and I have followed all the procedure suggested by Club Mahindra contact person. After so many follow-up still my membership did not get cancelled and I am still waiting to get back my payment from Club Mahindra.

    I have made a downpayment of approx 1,68,000. Its a huge money that is blocked and I need it for some personal committments urgently. Please let me know how to go-ahead with the same.

    What is the procedure to file a case in the consumer court?

    Yes I had detailed discussion with Ms. Anitha on Saturday and informed her all the reasons for discontinuation of membership with Club Mahindra. This is my final decision and hence request you to speed up the processing at your end.

    Default Membership cancelled but NO REFUND

    My membership got cancelled but refund is not provided to me, even after lot of clarifications and meetings.

    When I came to know information provided for yearly membership fee communicated to me wrongly was wrong. I asked for cancellation with refund of amount.

    I must say it's purely cheating from Club Mahindra and I don't see any solution for refund of my money.

    For additional information, I paid till now around 2 lacs ruppes and not used any of the services provided by Club Mahindra.

    Sorry to say but I did not receive any satisfactory response till now. I got 1 or 2 calls last week but as I was travelling outside, I could not talk much on my issue.
