    Default Club Mahindra Policy Cancellation

    My Policy Number : 2362228

    I have requested for cancellation of the policy on 17th August 2011 and I did receive a call from the club mahindra team by name Meghashree saying it will be a complete refund done within 31 working days. On 17th Sep when i sent them a reminder mail, they said i will get it by 20th Sep. Today it is 20th Sep and I have sent a mail again today but there is no news from them.

    I have made a downpayment of approx 1,98,000. Its a huge money that is blocked and I need it for some personal committments urgently. Please let me know how to go-ahead with the same.

    What is the procedure to file a case in the consumer court?

    Hi Club Mahindra Team,

    Thanks for the refund and followup. I have received the complete amount. Though as u mentioned there was a delay of approx 20 days or so.....

    Just as a feedback , I would like to tell you that the concept of club mahindra seasons and its tie up with RCI and the resorts are really good.

    But at the same time , the booking procedure and the over commitments from the sales folks is very unrealistic , inconsistent and frustrating . Probably u can work more on the negatives and make it further a great success for Club mahindra and at the same time keep the customers happier !
