This is in respect with the above mentioned captioned. I have booked 4 rooms in the name of Mr. Praful Tayal, Chairman cum Managing Director, C.I.W.T.C. (Ministry of Shipping) at the Roop Kala Palace Hotel, Paharganj on 1st February 2012 for their stay on 2nd February 2012 and gave Rs 1000 as advance. I also gave them my phone number at the time of booking. I called the hotel on the afternoon of 2nd February 2012 to inform them that now I require only 2 rooms and made the confirmation as well. At the time of check - in, the receptionist told him that there are no rooms available and our booking was cancel. It was 8.30 in the night and was so difficult to find room in other hotel.

I would request you to please take necessary action against them.
