Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had stayed in a Manson at Saidpet for Past One and Half Months from(16 - March to 29 -April) . The rent for me per month is 2000 rs and the advance is 4000 Rs. The condition they had told me while taking room is you have to tell as a week before you are leaving the Manson to get back your Advance Amount. They didn't mention any other conditions.
On 14 April i told them that i am going to vacate the room in 29th April.

While i am leaving the room they said that all your advance Amount had gone. The reason the told is they have an unwritten rules is that even a person stays a day they will take the whole month rent. They have to pay me 1000 rs back. Please guide me what action i have to take against them..
