I am anil pansari ..BM Rashi peripherals (UP & UA),Last month on 21st july i stayed in Hotel Kanhashyam in Allahabad for one day total amount which was chargeable to me was Rs3150.I opted for payment via credit card,In first stance they told me that Credit card swap machine is working properly and they will swipe the card in other machine and they did the same....Today when i got the details of my bill i was shocked to see that card was swiped twice for same transaction in same account of that Hotel...More on this none of the person from Hotel till date had called me and regretted on the same ...How do i take this as Cheating ? Improper business ethics or FRAUD....PLS suggest me wht to do...
