I booked a hotel at Nagpur through cleartrip.com in the Month of May 2010 @5600. However, after reaching the Hotel I found that they would have charged Rs. 4800 had I booked directly with them. Thus I was charged Rs 800 more than the actual amount the hotel charges for ID no. 1005095962 for the said transaction. I have been taking this matter with cleartrip since May 2010 onwards through e-mail as well as through their webportal (Customer forum) but in vain. I am looking at various agencies/portals for making the refund and propagating the message to all such consumers to be aware off such websites.

i got one clear tip voucher.regarding that voucher i tried to contat the peple thru mails and phone.no response .i have paid Rs10000/-.

i need the contat person name and the address.

hmm, I got one cleared too but that was a long time ago and never tried again, I'll call up may travel agent to ask for help and they did it very well. Everyone seen to be having hard time on this... maybe there is a problem on their part some technical problem or man power problem.
