i booked a room in giner hotel(new delhi, railway staion)31-07-10to 01-08-10.i payed cash but when we reached for checkin they did not allow us because my wife was not carry her id. but i was carry my all id like passport ,Driving licence,voter id and i was carry my marrige cerificate also but still they did not allow us.it was very bad situation for us.they cancelled our booking and said we will get our money through draft.i send already mail to concern department,it has been already so long,please help us.
