dear sir,
I want to complain about Hotel La Grande, Goa, who want us to deposit 100% advance payment for the 4 rooms required by us in last week of December. this is totally absurd as I was ready to pay abt Rs 5000.00 as advance payment. This was totally refused by the hotel.
I think that this is not the right way in which a customer must be treated by any hotel in the world. they hv also made it clear that if I fail to turn-up evenafter paying the full amount, they'll not refund a single penny.
Please let me know how I can proceed with action on this
