I had done a hotel booking in chandigarh in hotel diamond plaza, sector 22c, through the website AGODA.COM. I had received a confirmation voucher on my email from AGODA.COM. When i contacted the hotel ,i was told there was no reservation in my name and they donot have any vacancy. To my dismay my credit card was charged the amount and i was left stranded with my wife and two young kids. This is utter arrogance and mismanagement.
