very uncourteous and laid back attitude of the hotel management especially one mr.udai
at the reservations counter. if they are not bothered about reservations god only knows what
guests face at the hotel . VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE WHICH CANNOT
BE TOLERATED AFTER PAYING SUCH HIGH TARIFF.

PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS FOR YOUR STAY AT UDAIPUR AND GET TRAPPED
WITH HOTEL HILLTOP

bro be careful and avoid this dubious and un-professionally managed hotel.
dont spoil your holidays with non responsive staff & management.
they do not bother to relook to your complaints.
high headedness of the management staff makes the hotel SUCKS.
YOU HAVE GOOD OPTIONS AT UDAIPUR and can look at
hotel udaigarh which is very good and nicely priced.
