VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF HOTEL/RESORT BY THEIR SENIOR STAFF MEMBER

Kindly take action for the inconvenience caused.

Also make surprise visit, room boy/restaurant boy were found bellow 18, when visit during 4th November, 2010 to 6th November, 2010.

bellow is reply of Hotel Moonlight's owner, accepting mistake of their staff.

however request to give name and contact number of your concerned official was present at Khuri Resort (Mr. Khemsingh was co-operative) other than Mr. Khemsingh was there and has treated very wrongly by saying "take your money and back away", I will treat at my end through sources even too by police authorities also as also he know how to talk with customers, on receipt of his name and contact number from your end.

See, I were always at your service while your stay. Normally it’s impossible for me during this peak period. Even I felt very nice at our 01st conversation. I did big changes at that time & now I'm thinking it was biggest mistake of my life. Your stays were for 03 nights in Jaisalmer but I had given Desert Stay on your request.

Once you said its suggestion not complains, I really appreciated that time. I knew there are lots of chances of improvement in service just because I’m giving personalize service to the guest. Also I spoke to my father to change some management staff as soon as possible but if you are doing anything It’s my loss not staff.



Also reference to our only 01 bad feedback it was happed just because of guest was cheated by travel agent, not by us.



I respect your feedback & assure you to implement as soon as possible.

Hotel Location and view as well as food also were very nice, even your response was very co-operative, looking to your staff services found very very poor, their behavior with customer is too poor, at Desert your senior managerial staff representative state "How much you had paid, I return you and back away " is it really very bad experience, all visitors undestood practical circumstances and co-operate but stating such statement by your staff is really found very poor.

Without staying at Desert, back away by over night journey of around 18 hours from Khuri to Rajkot due to only your staff behavior.

Also found that some of your hotel boy as well as restaurant service boy are under 18.

Have taken any action against your staff at Desert as requested on phone too, if so, pl. let me know accordingly.
