Dear sir,
We have booked Three rooms along with fooding which includes Breakfast and Lunch Or dinner with one extra bedding in one room (which comprises of folding bed along with bedding) from Make my trip , for which our booking Id No is IN1006B02520 dated 7th June 2010 but we regret to inform you that while on arrival hotel management didn't provide us any extra bedding , they have only given us one mattress on floor of 1.5 inches that was not enough Hotel Neha Palace has served us dinner which we were not able to eatand we have no option but leave it and had dinner elsewhere in the market place.

Secondly due some unavoidable circumstances we awere not able to occupy third room which was well informed to hotel management , for this Hotel Neha Palace has issued us a confirmation letter for refund of third room booking amt. Hotel has mailed a copy to MMTC for refund of Money to me .

Further we have again and again approached MMTC to refund our money by sending them the copy of Letter issued by Hotel Neha Palace , copy of mail send to MMTc by Hotel Neha Palace and a copy of booking voucher issued by MMTC .

But till date we have not got any amount refunded from MMTC or any confirmation call from them.
You are now requested to please take a note and also initiate lawful action agst MMTc without any further loss of time.
