Dear Sir/Madam

I have made reservation for Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore from 18.10.2011 to 21.10.2011 in October. After some negotiation I have transferred 4000 Rs as advance through Net Banking. 1 week earlier prior to my stay, booking was cancelled and I was shifted to Keys Hotel Bangalore. I had my stay at Keys Hotel. But astonishingly the advance was not transferred to Key's Hotel. I made full payment later at Key's. After talking with Royal Orchid executive I got the assurance I will get my money back within a week. Sadly after two month and 4 mails to your accounts department, I have still not received the money back into my account.

Kindly look into this matter.
