This complaint is against Cleartrip.com. I booked a hotel through Cleartrip.com at Jamshedpur.
They overcharged my credit card. The final invoice amount is lower by the Rs862.00.
Though I wrote to them and called a number of times. They have not bothered to respond.
To me it looks like a fraud online booking site and one needs to be cautious while dealing through them.
