this is to inform you, that i had an offer of membership card of Hotel T-Elite(New Delhi), GK-I, Pamposh Enclave, through Mrs Ahluwalia (Mobile No. 9958881828). She offered me the privelege card membership of that hotel, that card was made on 29.09.11 and membership no is 3010102611 in the name of Puneet Gupta. She offered me whenever you get reservation, call me any working time, from that time i called her so many times to confirm my reservations of free stay which they offered on my card, but she did nt reply me or taking my calls, and i also called customer service office no, but there was no repnonse, I feel cheated.
