It is a very disgusting experience i had when i nd my wife visited to resort on 20th feb. Due to some pblm we rch there early morning 4 am. And the staff was sliping in wating room. After waking them i asked abt any vacant room to alote me , but dispite showing intrest in giving ful paymEnt staff people didnt alot any room and even didnt alow us to use wating room , we were asked to wait outside on chair while the team was sliping in waiting room til 7 am . Then after that these disgusting people alot me 1 room whch was already vacant. My request is that peple like this shud b strongly punished so that no tourist get bad impresion abt our hotels. Staff was treating like they r in there own house nd they wil do what they want .one of the memer is also runing personal pan tapari in the mtdc premices . Strict action required to provide better service.
