1. I am constrained to write this to you because of hardly any response from Club Mahindra which is flagship of Mahindra Group.

2. It is intimated that I had taken white club mahindra (Member ID: 1612683; Membership ID:173711)and accordingly initially deposited Rs25600/- and deposited further amount on EMI and total Rs 36800 was paid to you.

3. Due to certain financial compulsions, I expressed my inability to continue with the membership and requested in Feb 2010 itself to discontinue my membership and refund the amount. However, despite my several request, the amount deducted towards EMI Rs 36800/- has not been refunded to me. Further, this company routinely send an acknowledgement of my e-mail in reply or mundanely calls informing that action is being taken on my request but nothing has been done to redress my grievance.

4. Through your networking I would request you to intervene in the matter and the amount paid towards membership be refunded.
