Dear Sir / Madam,

During last September I along with my wife had visited "Le Jardin" restaurant in Oberoi, Bangalore for dinner. The dinner bill was 2700 Rs. I gave my credit card and when i had to sign on merchant copy of the bill I rounded off the bill amount as Rs. 3000 (Adding 300 as Tips).

But when i received my credit card bill statement i realized that instead of debiting Rs. 300 as tips they debited Rs. 3000 which made the total amount debited as Rs. 5700. Then I contacted finance department of Oberoi, they assured me to credit back the excess amount debited. But since September 2011 after repeated calls still they have not credited back the amount nor they are replying to my mails.

Kindly look into this matter.
