How many people have been disappointed with RGBC properties, regarding the poor cleaning and disrepair of the apartments and the non-response of the management when challenged?

Has anyone contacted John Spence (Chairman) to express their concerns or know how to email him?

Has anyone posted any pictures of their room on TA to con joule RGBC into action as we are all investors?

I have been cheated with this club. I spent few lakhs for this membership. Everytime i called them to book my allotted week, they are all in training or nobody picks the call or they give some stupid reason like their system is not working, etc...they are very good at taking the yearly maintenance fees, they call you hundred times and even goes to the extend to threaten you. I stopped paying the annual maintenance fee and I want to know what procedure we can do to cancel the membership and get the money back.

Anyone has any idea? or do we have to raise a Public Interest Litigation against RGBC?
