I booked a room on the 6th of November by phone at Sampoorna Hotel, located
in Malad West, Mumbai (Opp. Goregaon Sports Club). Even though I was not
required to do the same, I went personally and paid a deposit of RS 2000, by
Credit Card, on the total cost of RS 3,750.

Today on the 7th, I cancelled my booking (called the hotel at 9:40 a.m) and
spoke to Ninad. They refused to refund my deposit saying that I should
forget about it...

My argument is that, what if I had paid only a deposit of RS 500 or RS 200?
Maybe, my mistake was that I trusted them...
I don't mind them cutting off even 10% on RS 3750 as cancellation policy but
not refund complete deposit??!!
Nowhere on their website or on their receipt have they mentioned anything
about refund policy...

I really feel upset and cheated...
