Dear Sir

As i have visited the hotel Stay inn on 8th evening for my 2 day tour at mumbai for my mumbai branch visit (8th and 9th Dec 2010)

i have booked the hotel and they have charged Rs.2000/- per day

when i was reached there place i really surprise because they gave me the room in one of the house which they converted in to the Hotel

I m really frustreded due to the services which they providing during my 2 days

the below complain is there

1. As per they said the provided rate is Rs.2000/-but when they fail to providing comeeted service then they reduce the price of Rs.1800/- per day and there is no service tax no mention on to the invoice i have pay Rs.3600/- for 2 days with all inclusive (No tax no on invoice)
2. As per they said the complementry break fast is available but when i ask for break fast then they replied like break fast is available only after 9:30AM so i have to wait till 9:30 for break fast which they never communicate with me at the time of registraion
3. No one is picking the phone on receiption
4. Fan is moving on full speed not able to reduce the speed because the regulator is not working
5. A/c is not providing a cooling
6. The Water heater is not properly working
7. Manager is very rude and not able to understand from customer point view
8. 2-3 employees are working whoes age is <18 (Name : Anil, Ravindra )
