I had invested in suman motels Rs.12000/- in 1998 & I filed the case in consumer forum at Chandigarh vide case no 16/2002 & which was decieded ex-parte in my favour in 19/12/2003.I had sent the copy of decision at their mumbai office.

Previosly I had read in a newspaper that the investors are getting thir money back but
I don't know how to proceed further & don't have addresses of the directors & any other office of suman motels.

But till now nothing friutful result came & can I get my hardly earned money back when the case is decided so many years ago.

Pl guide me what to do. If required I can send you a copy of decision also.
Please help me out.

I purchased Suman Earth Bond Units and was given post-dated cheques by the company. When I deposited the cheques on the due date in my Account. I came to know that the cheques were now regarded as invalid instrument and hence no paymenmt of the due amount was made to me.
This is a case of cheating fraud and forgery on the part of the Suman Motels. here small Investors are looted of their hard earned petty saving. Kindly advice me what action to take to ensure that the rightful is done at the earliest. My Contact No. is 09451907799
