We had booked a four day stay at Tiger Machan Hotel in Ranthambore Rajasthan from the 26th Oct 2011 to the 29th Oct 2011. We had to cancel the same due to unavoidable circumstances and informed the hotel well in advance according to their specifications. We kept in touch with Mr. Shailendra from the hotel who promised to refund the balance after necessary deductions. Till date even after numerous phone calls and e-mails to the hotel no refund has been received and my phone calls are being rejected.
