Respected Sir/Madam,

I request you to please register my complaint against one of the Hotel named Adar Udupi, situated at Nehru Road, Vile Parle East.

On 16th July, 2010, at around 12.00-12.20 pm, My colleague Raashi and myself had placed an order for Daal Khichdi through the telephone. However, The food came for almost 1 hour 45 min late even though our office is very much near to the hotel.

Meanwhile the saddest part is that when asked about the delay the owner of the Hotel straight away denied the time of the order placed and on top of that ignored our complaint and showed as if he is least bothered.

This is not the first time, where there has been a delay from their end as everytime there is always a quantity and quality issue with their food.

I am afraid, that what kind of service is this where everytime we have to let go off him because the Hotel owner is least bothered about the kind of services he provide to his services be it related to the qunatity or quality.

This negligent and unethical behaviour to the consumers or their customers is simply not acceptable and should not be enterttained.

I strongly request you to please take some action or atleast give him a warning phone call, just to make him realize that one cannot take people on a ride as there is still a constitution and law which protect our rights in the country thereby giving us freedom of speech and a freedom to live healthily.

With utmost trust, I am writing to you. I beleive that you would take some stringent action against this unethical behaviour thereby giving messages to other such Unkind and Unprofessional people.
