Hi,
I have been a victim of booking my hotel through travelguru. I booked 2 AC rooms in a hotel "Vincy Beach Resort" and they actually provided me only one AC room. Other AC room was also not at all like AC room and it created lot of issues for me and my friend who has come to enjoy a holiday in Goa from Bangalore. Its been unbearably hot in Goa.This resulted in my wife and my daughter getting sick and it was almost like our holidays got totally ruined. I complained to customer service, they told its hotels problem but they would address this issue, but it will take some time. I returned back to Bangalore and since then it has been 2.5 weeks with no progress (actually I see no progress), but every time I talk to them they say the issue will take 2-3 days. I am looking for suggestions, how to deal such cases. What is best way for same. I definitely want want to take some action so that no body else go to same suffering again. Any suggestions would be welcome. Also should I go to consumer court for the same?
