We had been to watch movie AVATAR at URVASHI THEATRE on 16.01.2010. It was an 3D movie so we were given a special plastic glass for watching the movie. As there were some children with us one piece of glass was damaged during the movie. While returning the glass after the completion of the movie, I was asked to pay the cost of the glass. As it was plastic glass I thought some nominal amount should be paid. But they demanded a amount of RS. 2500.00 for that and they forced me to pay for that. Without making of that payment they did not allow my whole family to move a inch.I argued with them about the charges as other theatres were charging 250-500 in such case. It was not even written anywhere in the hall about such charges. Later seeing the situation I thought of paying the amount and asked them to give a proper sale receipt of this. I was asked to WAIT and it took long one hour to give me receipt of this that.I humbly would like to know whether it is not an offence to force and make some one to pay such huge amount of such low cost items.

PVR sells these for 50!!

I had been to Shera Hotel -- Mulund West Mumbai.Before entering the hotel I handed my car keys on request to the attendant appointed by Shera for parking my car.While I was in hotel their staff approach me informing that my car was banged by Motorcyle while the same was been parked by their staff.Their was extensive damage to my car which was brought to their management notice,but to my suprise they were very rude and totally disowned the responsibilty of the accident even though their staff was drivivng it.


Requrest your intervention to clear the damage expenseof my car.
