Hi Team,

I have booked my ticked on 23 Dec 2011, 12:19 PM but i was not getting any conformation through mail or SMS however i have called Customer care about my ticket and wrote a mail and they told me my ticket was not booked because of due to some technical issue from Book my show end if any of my money got detected , i will get my get my money back.

Hence i have booked other ticket on same day 23 Dec 2011, 5:00 PM for that i get conformation through mail or SMS as well.

On next day they sent me a mail that my both was booked with booking id ADCW0000982752 & ADCW0000984346.

so later i have called to customer care and log my case #390196 and they give me assurance that i will get my money back but even after so many follow up and calls i am not getting any response from there end.

Please do needful . i have lot of hopes on you people.
