I went to Fun Cinema, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow on 28-7-2010 at 5:30 pm.
At the Interval I asked for 2 packets of LAYS chips @Rs.15 each total amount Rs.30/=
I gave Mr.Gaurav (counter boy) a 100 rupees note. He asked me if I have any change. I said "only Rs.20 note". He took away that 20 rupee note also. (Total 120 rupees he recived from me)
He gave me only 1 chips pack and Rs.5 in return.
I objected it. I asked Rs. 100 back. He refused and said you have given me only Rs.20/=
I argued then he said "Ok sir, You tell your seat no. & Enjoy the Movie, I will check my cash & refund if there is extra."
I was convinced and went in but Till the END of the movie Nobody came to me.
I reached to the counter and complained for this ill behavier. He called manager Mr. Rajeev (as told) & I again explained the matter. manager said ok I check it. He passed the time inside,ignoring me till the next show starts & agin rush on the counter.

I angerily warned them to answer me then manager said " sir we have'nt found it."

I said Thank you to manager and asked his name. He told- Rajeev.

Now I will not sit silently untill this fraud is not accepted by them & untill they don't refund me Rs.100.
