I had gone to cinemax, sion, mumbai on the 25thn of july, 01:30pm to watch a show of khaata meetha. when i enquired at the counter for tickets, the person seated told me that the show was hose-full.
as i left the theater premises, some people called me towards them and asked me whether i wanted tickets for the particular show mentioned above. i understood they were ticket touts. i asked them at what prices were they selling the tickets. the man replied at rs 200/- whereas the actual (costliest) ticket for that particular show at that particular time only costed rs 130/-
i asked the man why he was charing such a high amount. he said that he only earns a part of the extra amount he was charging. on enquiry he told me that some part of the extra amount i.e rs 70/- was supposed to be given to the staff working at the cinema.
i was disappointed and left the place.
How can the the staff of such a big branded cinema house do such a thing. It is very clear and evident that the staff of the cinema hall was involved in the activities, as it is impossible for a common man to buy 20- 25 tickets, as only a certain amount of tickets is alloted per person.
i myself witnessed the man was in possesion of the tickets, as he had handed 2 tickets to me, which i returned to him, saying the prices he wuoated were to high.
hoping this action, will help in bringing some improvement to the management of such big cinema houses.

What to do When Theatre Management itself selling tickkets in Black, and innocent people staying in Queues in ahope to get the ticket, and when my turen came to buy 2 tickets They insists to give another ticket and at the back they started selling in black.
